For BunnyBears Preschool the most important part of being a teacher is being able to validate children’s thoughts and feelings, acknowledge their actions and accomplishments. The daily interactions and learning is influenced by the image of a capable and competent child. The trust is built by catering to child’s emotional needs and empowering children by noticing their accomplishments. 

Our teachers are co-learners and partners with children in their daily explorations. They are knowledgeable in child development and advocate for a play-based curriculum by highlighting children’s achievements through documentation and photography.
Teachers are continuously seeking growth through school classes, workshops, and daily reflections in their work environment. They are all first aid and CPR certified and have their early education credentials.
